The Food
What makes a chef unique is their ability to take a basic dish from something ordinary and make it special.
Like the movie Ratatouille, an average rat had an above average palate, and he took a below average prep cook and turned him into a renowned chef through a simple peasant dish.
How do you take a tough piece of meat like brisket and turn it into something everyone drools over?
It’s a few minor adjustments.
What you’ll find below is a collective of some of our Catering and Personal Chef offerings.
Catering Main & Sides
Brisket “Meat candy”
Easily the best brisket from Texas to Denver. Our mouth watering BBQ will make your day dreams have day dreams. Paired with our secret sauce aka Meat Candy, You just found your next addiction.
smoked turkey
Step away from the turkey fryer. You won’t need to inject this with flavors or additional oils and butter to get a perfectly tender/juicy turkey.
smoked chicken
Smoked for hours devoured in minutes. Our smoked chicken kills it at any occasion. A classic bird that’s been bribed in our special mix.
ribs
If you’re the breed that prefers them dry, then you’ll especially like these. We use a distinct flavor with the smoke that teases the tongue to think there’s sugar. It’s fun!
Tacos
Yeah… yeah.. We know you’ve had tacos, but not like these. Whether you’re craving brisket, smoked chicken, shrimp, or pork, we have your back. After you have our mouth watering creations, Taco Tuesday will never be the same.
slaw
Let’s be honest, most slaws have much to be desired, you will love this stuff. Fresh, zesty and almost too good to be called a side. My sister has eaten this just about everyday since I introduced her to it in 2018.
black beans
Beans, beans, the magical fruit.. Everyone knows the rhyme, but our beans are truly magical. Made to perfection over a two day process, these are everyone’s favorite side dish. Order them on the side or make them the main dish. Be sure to check out our other sides here as well.
Personal Chef Offerings
Sushi
We use ingredients like asparagus to change up the flavor profiles but still keep a distinctive Japanese experience. Fusion at its finest. We wrap our sushi with love but not too much love… because that would be weird.
Spanish Turkey
Spanish turkey is a family favorite. It has many of the flavor profiles of Spanish food and served with a coarse textured dressing. Brined in a heavy red wine, the stuffing has fruit and nuts in addition to many of the traditional ingredients.
Thai Green Curry
Rich, fresh, full flavored green curry. This Chicken (vegetarian, or any protein) curry is a great Asian inspired dish that will leave you begging for more.
Rainbow Chicken
This was first made for a group of single moms that didn’t have a Valentine date. Chicken breast marinated in red wine, rolled in Italian herbs, and wrapped in bacon... need I say more?
Tom Ka Guy
(Coconut/Lime Soup), it is one of my absolute favorite dishes/soups. It is a spicy and sour hot soup with coconut milk in Thai. this Thai soup just happens to be one of my favorite things to eat, it’s easy to go vegetarian or use our smoked chicken stock.
Citrus/Herb Chicken
This bird is one of the most amazing, dynamic, flavorful things I have tasted. What’s left over makes some of the best soup as well.
jerk chicken
it’s a classic Caribbean dish that has some heat, and some zing from cloves and nutmeg. It’s not overly unique, it’s just not too many white kids can throw down some good chicken.
Asian inspired
Vegan Spring Rolls, Chicken Satay, Shrimp Pad Thai, Oven Scorched Carrots and Peas.
confusion
I stole from my friend Kelly, he is a brilliant human and this is simply a culinary dichotomy. Sweet, savory, spicy, fresh, and a good dose of southern love. It’s a waffle topped with ham, mixed greens, an egg, cheese, and homemade raspberry chipotle sauce. This is the definition of phat kid fodder!
